Having just read the money saving thread, i thought it would be good to have one for making extra money (keep it legal if we can).

Some initial ideas:

1/ home based part time jobs
2/ Christmas jobs
3/ Money making ideas

If people have ideas or know of something suitable then share it, likewise if your looking for something then put it in here. We have a big and very helpful community on here so hopefully somebody can get something from it.

there is an \overworker sub reddit on reddit where people discuss this very thing

a lot there work in IT helpdesk so it is easier to have multiple roles whilst working from home

Takeaways are always after delivery drivers, know a few people that have done it and nearly always cash in hand but you'll need business insurance on vehicle else screwed if have an accident while delivering.

One of the best side hustles you can do is TopCashback, I make about £500-1000 a year on stuff I would buy anyway, and tog can refer people to it and you get £10-30 depending on the offer. Anytime you buy something online or take out insurance or a contract like sky or virgin, check them. Most stores do 1-10% or a fixed amount - we just had £100 on pet insurance and £90 back off a TV.

It's all stuff you would buy anyway, but you get a portion back.

Avoid anything MLM based like scentsy, juice+, Utility warehouse etc it's all a load of rubbish

Check utilities of they do refer a friend scheme. I've not paid a bill for broadband in 14 months now through referring people for example, all adds up.

If your not the sort to get addicted to gambling, do a matched betting trial, usually can do a 2 week trial with them and get access to all the offers, you'll get a short burst of cash say around £400-500 off them if you can put the time in, there is more to be had but take more work and that's the low hanging fruit

If you're good with words you can start a blog reviewing things and make cash off Amazon affiliate scheme
