14 yellow cards for Crooks

Impressive stuff.
What are the rules then?
Hearing 15 cautions gets you a big ban - 5 matches?

3 match ban if he gets another yellow in the last 6 games.

He will get another yellow too, I'd sooner it was in the next two matches whilst we're clinging on to our play-off hopes.

3 games if you get 15 before end of season, so if you get you 15th in 46th game you will be banned for either whole of the play offs or first 3 games of next season

Edit I remember Quedrue starting a season with a 5 game ban due to him getting his 3rd red card in last game of season before and this led to the start of the end for him as McClaren no longer felt he could trust him. He did however try to replace him with Pogatetz who actually arrived with a 6 month ban hanging over him until we appealed it.

Today's booking was ridiculous, the Hull player just fell over and Crooks gets booked - ref was just trying to put down a marker (and failed miserably) and Crooks suffers for it.

Quite a few his bookings have been soft, probably gets less leeway because he's an ungainly giant.

I'm wanting to give him the benefit of doubt and say that he's probably suffering because of Jones being out of the team but something doesn't look right about him right now.

He seems to have stopped making those runs into the box for some reason.

Nonsense - since when was "touching" an opponent a bookable offence? If it is then each team should have been down to 7 men & the match abandoned before half time.
I get that but - it is a bookable offence in todays game.
Simply put - he doesn’t touch him then no problem.
He touches him he’s at the whim of the ref.
His fault

The one the other night was awful. Also commented on by wilder (also because it caused the free kick).

14 is pretty ridiculous. That will be 6 matches he's been suspended for. Make no bones about it he's getting booked again.

I'd rather have him in the playoffs (if we make it that far). I guess he can't reach 20? What happens then? I wonder if its even ever happened.

It goes to a disciplinary panel to decide a punishment.

He'll have a hard time managing 6 yellows in a maximum of 3 games (5-6, if you include the potential of the play-offs), as he'll miss 3 as soon he gets his next one.

Can’t wait for his next booking to get him out of the team
Needs a 3 match break to refresh him imo
Then hopefully back to early season form for play offs

Wilder mentioned that with an air of disdain!
He cant stop that, but Crooks is big enough, old enough and daft enough to know better. An unnecessary booking means ultimately the team suffers
