Nice one, I’ve been slacking a bit the last week or so.Best yet during my walk out, taking in the old Ayresome Park & general hospital landmarks

We'll done on that, I don't think I could run for a bus nowExcellent effort.
I started running at the start of the month and have just completed my third 10k of the week which I'm happy with. Also aimed for 500k steps in Feb and I've got 45k to do across the weekend.
I can regularly get in 20k plus at work in anyone day but been building up my walks from 4 miles to 8At Glastonbury in 2019 I managed to average 35000 steps a day. I didn’t realise how much walking you actually do there. Think on the Friday I hit 40000 for the first time. Now I see why when I come back I’m completely knackered. And I thought it was the late Nights.
At work? Are you a Park Ranger?I can regularly get in 20k plus at work in anyone day but been building up my walks from 4 miles to 8
Its harder these days as there's nowhere to go if nature calls
No, I work on a chemical site, just do a lot of walking, doing daily routines etcAt work? Are you a Park Ranger?

Saying that last Monday I went out for a walk, hoping to do the 8 mile one & walked, then run, then walked, building my running up, after a few miles in I done my right foot instep in & cancelled the 8 mile & just done 5, limped home the last mileI'm not the best of runners. Certainly not built for speed but I'm ok with distance when I get going.
