“The reason we have the vaccine success is because of capitalism, because of greed my friends.”

Ah! So one's politics is decided on a geographical basis?

Mostly yes = China , USA ??

Where should I start ?

Poland , Hungary Check Slovak, Lituainia, and on and on. Most of their Euro MP's are former communist party members. Or as time progresses they fade away and all will have lived under communist rule barring a few

And I have noticed a trait evident on this board how those of a far left persuasion are not very flexible in changing those deep engrained political beliefs
You will find that the leading political parties in all of those countries are of a right-leaning nationalist bent.
Hungary and Poland both have extreme right-wing governments - whose supporters include neo-nazis and the Catholic Church.
The Ukraine - part of Russia is courted by NATO and the European Union, yet its leading politicians are racist, xenophobic, pro-life, militarists.

The nationalist fire is being fanned by the west for their own militaristic, territorial and economic gains.

As for the assertion that "most of their (?) Euro MPs are former Communist Party Members" - prove it.
And as for "Or as time progresses they fade away and all will have lived under communist rule barring a few" - this indicates no base in fact - except we all get older and eventually die(!?).

Should those who lived under "Communist rule" have left their own country and emigrated to the British Isles? "Land of the free"?
I suspect the same people spouting rhetoric about "freedom" would be waving the Union Flag from the white cliffs of Dover and pointing Royal Enfield rifles at those "escaping" Eastern Europe - telling them to "get back where you came from" (!!).

The Soviet Union and its satellite states fell thirty [30] years ago. You would have to be at least 40 to remember "communist rule" in any detail.

Let me explain that in [not exclusively] Hungary and Poland - under Soviet Governance - the population were not forced to join the Communist Party.
Like China - the political system was under the Communist Party, but the economy included individual enterprises and foreign national corporations.

At the moment we live in Britain in a state which is increasingly authoritarian, racist and zenophobic. Our economy is dominated by foreign global corporations - mostly North American and our "public" assets have been sold off to multinationals. Our NHS is being screwed by Private Multi-national Corporations with the consent of the Government who make no secret of their intentions.Big pharmaceutical companies are making billions of pounds out of our healthcare system as we sit here now.

We have over 3,000,000 children living in poverty and over 320,000 people classed as "homeless" [according to Home Office figures]. There are an estimated 100,000 people living in sub-standard, temporary and emergency accommodation - meanwhile the Government continues to sell off public housing and subsidise private landlords.

We have one of the lowest levels of support for the unemployed and those on low incomes than many of the modern countries in the European Union. We have families claiming welfare - support where the adults are working. We have "zero-hours" contracts [modern slavery] where workers have no security and no guaranteed income. This affects their right to a decent quality of life.

How flexible as a caring society should we be? At which point do we reject peoples rights to dissent and protest about inequalities, protest about children living below the breadline and protesting about ex-soldiers sleeping on the streets?

When do we tell global corporations to stop assett stripping our public services and profiting from Britains poorly people in hospital and in Primary Care.

Do we really have anything to teach other countries other than hypocrisy, greed and self-indulgence?

We all need to take a good look in the mirror before we start telling others what to do.!

If I really genuinely felt so bad about the place I live I would go and live somewhere else. But I made that decision many years ago
