I signed up on the 18th August and asked straightaway to be moved to the tracker. They have came back saying You can sign up for the tracker using the link below. Do bear in mind there is a waiting list at present. We will reach out when applications open up again. Anyone else had this reply

I spoke to the ticket office earlier. This feature hasn't been set up yet so they have printed out tickets for me to go and collect.
