The weekend beer and music thread

Evening all, lovely night for it too given that the sun is shining and it's actually quite mild. Not had enough of this weather for a long time, so hopefully tonight should be an enjoyable evening. Hopefully, the sun will be shining on the Boro tomorrow too and we come away with 3 excellent points from Cardiff to go with the positive Q&A session with Steve Gibson last night. A strong end to the season with these next couple of games should hopefully give us some optimism going into the summer break.

An excellent beer than I had discovered for the first time only a few days ago is Exmoor Gold, not sure its readily available as I've not seen it before but if you manage to find it anywhere I can definitely recommend it. It really is a lovely pint.

To start us off with a tune, here's some Donna Summer... not my usual type of starter, but a great song nonetheless.

Enjoy your weeekend folks!

Hi WG.
I hope you are well mate.
Reminds me of underage drinking in the Wimpole and the North Eastern pub in Stockton. Places we could get in and had the best laughs talking to the strange regular characters who frequented those places, probably seen these people the odd time as late as my mid 30`s. I have a thousand stories:ROFLMAO:

One I loved, I bought the album Relics for 99p around 1974(cheapest album you could buy) . My brother had the album along with all his college freak progressive stuff which we argued over constantly. We wouldnt let each other touch our albums or records, so I used to buy odds and sods that he played and use his when he was out and about.
It was always played in the Pit Talbot Friday nights 1979 full blast deafening loud(as it should be)
