And the worry I have had for a few weeks now is I don't see this squad of players having the minerals required to scrap and fight in a relegation battle, all other teams can win games through set pieces or physicality but we only have one way of playing and it isn't working anymore the team looks so disjointed.

I really hope I am wrong BTW, it just looks and feels like players can't wait for each game to be over, it's such a painful watch every week
 
We are in real danger if getting sucked into the relegation battle if we don't buck our ideas up.
I know we've got injuries and lack pace all over the pitch, but we are so easy to play against it's getting scary. Not one of them looks like they'd give that extra 1% to win a personal battle. Even if we aren't firing going forward we should be putting up a better fight than we have been recently.

And to think we sold another two of our most productive players in January too.
Is this one of those "darkest before the dawn" moments or are we actually looking at a cut price Boro aiming to survive season after season?
 
3 5 1 1 would be my go too.
Condense the play and get on the ball.
We haven't any pace anywhere, so might be better trying to keep the ball.
