What are the first things you remember seeing on the telly?

Following on from the Telly after school thread, what are your earliest TV memories?

For me I can hazily remember seeing Marine Boy, Voyage To The Bottom Of The Sea, Catweazle, The Woodentops, Lift Off with Ayshea, and bizarrely Houseparty and the Galloping Gourmet!
I reckon this puts the date around 1969.
First thing I saw in colour was Parkins Patch.

The Lone Ranger 1957 at my friend's house on his new telly.
Complete with his mate Tonto and horse Silver.
It was a magical new world.
Hi ho Silver away!

We got our telly next year just before Tyne Wear tv first broadcast.

What was Tonto's horse called?

Watch with mother for me as well. The Wooden tops were on a Friday I think .
Also remember Supercar with Mike Mercury and Fireball XL5 with Steve Zodiac when I was a little older.
Little known Supermarionation fact.
The secret laboratory that Mike Mercury and Supercar used, used to get blown up every week in the opening titles of Thunderbirds.

They disposed of some of the old props and sets.

It's the second explosion 🤣
