He would do well to avoid the mackems listening to Micky gray earlier they are a shambles behind the scenes Alex Neil was on a rolling contact despite gaining promotion the owners haven't a clue apparently

Never wanted him to manage the Boro for the abuse I knew he would take off a section of fans when results turned, imagine the abuse theyll give him if the rot sets in

I wouldn’t think any less of him. Made clear at the end of his Blackburn time that he’d missed years of his kids growing up but taking the jobs he did, so this would be one of the few jobs within a decent distance
