just be aware if your decking is more than 300mm high above ground level you will need planning permission
They consider it to be a raised platform and a potential intrusion on neighbours.
at my last house yeah, everything is brick at my new place. I’ve known them for yearsHardy & Brooks Fencing (on Facebook too)
Don't do it. Decking looks good when you first put it down, but it does require some upkeep to keep it looking good. It is also very slippy when wet.
Mine was very sloppy and I bought some anti slip paint which works very well/ good as I nearly came a cropper many times before I used the paint!Don't do it. Decking looks good when you first put it down, but it does require some upkeep to keep it looking good. It is also very slippy when wet.
On a similar theme I'm after some fence boards. Has anyone bought any recently or can recommend a good supplier in or near to Teesside? Since garden DIY seems to be all the rage at the moment I know a few people who have been let down recently on the supply of fencing apparatus.
