I missed that important pointCan't be a coincidence this has been announced during a week without PMQs because of Easter.
I missed that important point
They didn't know anything, they just didn't care and believed they were untouchable.
Do as we say but not as we do.
They were only little people though. I bet they pay tax as well. Mugs! Some were. Some were even forced out of their roles because they joked about the PM breaking rules....
They won't resign .to boris and sunak
guilty
should resign - common criminals
more fines for attending further events may well be forthcoming...
Or some kindly Russian donor will sort it.Wonder if they’ve looked into claiming the fine money back using Parliamentary expenses.
Escape to Los Angeles. Wasn't there a film about that?I'd guess Rishi will resign, escape to the US with his wife and her money, say it's the only thing for an "honourable" person to do in that position, and utterly screw over Boris in the process.
Lets hope he holds on because if he goes the replacement can just blame everything from the last few years on Johnson and probably get away with it at elections, only way we wont see another Tory government is if Johnson leads them into 2024, and even then its a slim chance they dont winIt’s down to what reaction Tory MP’s get in their constituencies. It’s fairly obvious that they won’t go voluntarily. If the backbenchers get a lot of flak and think Johnson will become a liability…and the local elections go badly. All bets could be off.
In the end they’re all only bothered about retaining their seats.
