* The unofficial "Official" Boro v Hull Match-Day Thread *

Tav has gone back to trying to do far too much rather than keeping it simple like he has been for a few months now.

Not enough intensity today, we look short of ideas without Jones, still have non scoring strikers and Lumley not good enough

Sort out those issues and we will get promotion - next season

I'm sure we've got a keeper identified for next season but I wish we had replaced Lumley in January, he is just not good enough for a side that wants to be promoted. His main deficiency is his lack of concentration.

Shambolic. Wilders got the team selection all wrong today we are all over the place. No cohesion in midfield it's completely disjointed playing Tav at wing back has completely back fired mcgree has been awful. Add to that a centre forward who is half decent on the halfway line but goes to pieces in the box chance after chance and game after game.

I had a horrible feeling we'd lose four in a row. (Fulham, Hull, Bournemouth, Huddersfield). Still hope I'm wrong... but it's Boro.

Can't believe that we'd now be pleased with a home draw against HULL CITY.

No, but we simply don't have the quality to back him up.
It also has a knock on effect that Tav is trying to over-conplicste things and play Jones' role as well as his own. Meaning he's lost his effectiveness too.

Our next form period starts when Jones has recovered from whatever illness has wiped him out for the past week.

Maddo: "You'd take a draw all day now, wouldn't you?"

No I F***ing wouldn't! Grow some balls and get into the F***ing game!
