Chelsea at home

Now Im phoning the ticket office on the number from the website and it says it's an incorrect number.

What is the correct number?
01642 929421 thats the number I got through on last time, not sure if thats the one you have tried? If so, try ringing the reception number and asked to be put through to the ticket office.
 
Uploaded my season card for my 2 and have sorted @changingman for 2 tickets. Just waiting on the tickets to be sent my email, how long did it take to receive your tickets/email confirmations lads? I feel guilty having someone’s money and using it but the email is taking ages!!
Mine took about half an hour

Thats the one I'm trying and its saying its incorrect.

Now my own seat has disappeared on the booking site. Shambles
 
Said this when I was getting Spurs tickets, but I must be the luckiest person ever. Not once have I ever had a single issue buying any tickets on the Boro site. Just loaded ours onto our cards and completed the transaction within a few minutes, easy as.
 
Works fine up to the point of paying for me. Card keeps getting refused. Will try again when I get in from work and try different card 😔
 
For those complaining about cards being refused, surely that is down to the card issuer declining the transactions and not MFC refusing to accept the payment type?
 
When you click on Block 42 to buy tickets it shows Block 44 which is Chelsea end
Still lets you buy your own ticket but when you come to print out tickets although seats and rows are correct it shows on ticket EAST LOWER VISITORS and wrong Turnstile T53-T57 instead of T44-T52 and wrong Block number 44 instead of 42
Same in upper tier Block 43 showing as Block 45
Obviously will be a trip to the ticket office tomorrow to sort it out.
Anyone else in these blocks may need to check there tickets

So eventually got through to reception and pressed 1 for ticket office.

After 10 mins on hold got through, my ticket was apparently in my basket (even though it wasn't showing)

After 5 minutes of faffing, managed to get my ticket and one for my lad with the card that was being rejected.

First time I've had issues but got there in the end.

Howay! I tried three different cards (over two different people) including the one I have saved on my account and have used many times before, before it worked on the fourth card. Lots of people reporting the same issue so clearly not the card issuers.
 
Can't be many left now?
No chance of general sale I guess?
Looking for two adult ticket's together
Happy to do a bank transfer upfront for two e-tickets that could be emailed to me.

I have selected 3 reserved seats and added 3 seats from the seating plan, assigned the 3 names from my friends and family list and it won’t proceed, says ……exceeds our 1 ticket per person limitation. To resolve, make sure you have the necessary people in your 'My Friends & Family' within your profile and assign the tickets to individual owners by clicking on the ticket owner name. Sorry, you cannot buy any more tickets to event Middlesbrough v Chelsea 21/22 19/03/2022 17:15. Sales to this event are limited to 0 tickets per event per history per item owner.
Same. Same for Spurs.
 
Got to the payment page and it was refused. I logged out then back in and now my reserved seat is no longer showing. Looks like a phone call to the ticket office tomorrow.
