He's only said 'victims of the war in Ukraine', it could all go to Russian soldiers and their families. His assets should be frozen he shouldn't be allowed to sell
 
Looked at Rishi Sunak’s face during PM’s Question Time. Glum. Didn’t realise how much tax we are getting off these Russians to invest in the UK to pay for our debts? Or is it to his mates? Not sure.

You seriously think they pay bucket loads of UK tax? Why do you think they're here. The super rich don't pay tax.

Ambramovich has something over the Tories and more than likely Johnson in particular. That much is clear.

He should but he can't. His family, close and extended would be in serious peril. And he'd be stripped of all of his Russian assets which is probably more important to him.

This (in)action been telegraphed for weeks. The cash has gone, it takes minutes to move that to the safe havens that have always been there for them.
The desperation now is to convert the properties, investments et al, into cash quickly and move it.
The 18 month leeway granted to them will make things much easier. Everyone will make their owns minds up about why this was granted.
Some specialist lawyers claim that even school fees would be difficult to pay, so even now some are paying the fees for years ahead.
The husband of a friend of my wife is forensic accountant, he claims the government are spreading BS about the “difficulties”of enacting things more quickly.
Starmer was quite clever at PMQ’s. While emphasising how he wanted to work cross party, at the same posing questions about the speed at which sanctions are being implemented, which had Johnson floundering badly. Then saying of course the opposition would back the bill on Monday, and in the spirit of cross bench co-operation to speed up the action….There would be amendments.
So now if the Tories won’t back these amendments and vote for them, which will be difficult.The excrement hits the air con
