Unless there's more it's not as bad as people have made out. Thinks the new manager will get the support needed to push for promotion. Clearly disappointed and feels, other than Gibson, he wasn't wanted by the backroom staff. Probably true.
 
Obviously I’m just guessing, but listening to that I can’t help but feel his ‘not wanted’ comments are aimed at Scott, especially when he mentions “moving in a new direction”.
 
Week after week of 'we're not a full strength' 'the squad is unfit' 'players need to prepare better' - that all falls to his remit, not recruitment

I 100% back all of his comments about the standard of refs and officialdom in our league though! go-on Neil, son!

We've got a lot of good young players out on loan, a lot of promising players currently being played out of position or not being brought back into form, so a savvy guy like Wilder or Alex Neil could have a great squad on their hands. Hopefully with Kieron Scott looking over football matters we wont' be ripping it all up and starting again
 
Sounds like Warnock and Scott have clashed if anything, and Gibson is backing his new Head of Football. Warnock seemed bitter, probably with good reason, but I just have no faith that we’ll get this next appointment right.

Guaranteed. No one person is bigger that the club.
 
Hes been shafted he should have left in the summer when he didnt get the players he wanted and was undermined by the club. I dont think anyone else will get more out of such a small and unbalanced squad.
