Don't worry, it won't lol. That was so different from the Ruiz loss. He was just beaten by the better boxer and it’s almost pointless taking the rematch clause as he’d just get beaten up again.
I think it settles a few long standing debates on here!
Wilder after he’s been beaten by Fury or a rematch with Whyte. Not really anyone else about. What now for Joshua?
We're not getting the Fury fight. Well not any time soon.
But he was so many rounds down why was rob mcracken telling him to stay behind the jab - I know nothing of boxing but I knew he needed a ko at that point!AJ been protected for far too long and finally fights a real contender and well….
Probably expected him to get the UK judges on his side. But he was so many rounds down why was rob mcracken telling him to stay behind the jab - I know nothing of boxing but I knew he needed a ko at that point!
Well done mate hope you had a few quid on it,I never called it but I'm not surprised at the result. People on here slagging me (and others) off for pointing out Joshua is not a good boxer, he's in the top three (behind fury who is top) because of his power and size but when he faces a man who doesn't stand in front of him and moves around he doesn't have the ring IQ to switch his game. I think he could beat wilder if he doesn't get caught but can't see him beating fury.I called it to a tee , stoppage aside.
No idea why anybody thought Joshua could win this fight.
Of course we may still get a robbery but everybody knows who won
I think they knew if he went for it then Usyk would have likely knocked him out as his counter was ridiculous. But he was so many rounds down why was rob mcracken telling him to stay behind the jab - I know nothing of boxing but I knew he needed a ko at that point!
Probably genuinely thought they'd get the decision. But he was so many rounds down why was rob mcracken telling him to stay behind the jab - I know nothing of boxing but I knew he needed a ko at that point!
Not doubting his heart, people were pointing out his limitations. He will have to go to war in the rematch and use his size and power to try and stop him or the result will be the same.few bitter posts on here, stage managed and protected etc the lad has clearly been willing to fight anyone and everyone, he’s come up second best today and rightly so, you can’t fault him for who he has fought though, at least he’s been willing unlike fury and wilder etc.
Bellew is more skilled than AJ.AJ has been ridiculously overrated by the Sky boxing fans for the last few years, saying that I thought he acquited himself pretty well tonight.
Usyk is an absolute genius, he basically stood in range all night and outboxed Joshua. He made Joshua look like a heavyweight Tony Bellew tonight.
Wilder to beat Fury and Hearn sets up a pay per view for all us mugs to pay for a nothing bout. What now for Joshua?
We're not getting the Fury fight. Well not any time soon.
Err noLooking forward to this. Anything could happen but I’ll go - AJ to stop him between rounds 8-11.
