I actually think that Saville initially made no contact on the ball and the player kicked Savilles foot onto the ball. The Swansea player kicked through Saville and that made Saville contact the ball. Just how I saw it.
The fact the ref first gave a corner makes the decision feel much worse I suppose. If he’d pointed straight to the spot most people would be annoyed but not as badly.
On the Juninho goal, I was there and assumed the scoreboard hadn’t been updated and it was only halftime I learnt it had been disallowed.

Totally agree with your analysis of the foot/ball/impact assesment. Shouldn't be that a foul to us though? How great to hear from someone who was at the replay. I was in an Irish Pub in Germany. Could only afford to fly over for finals in those days ;-)
