We've got a few games of televised football to advertise to the local football fans.Season ticket sales should be interesting. Think we will have a decent amount next season
I'm probably a dot on the Venn Diagram of Boro fans but honestly not that bothered. Pleased that we have got something/someone in place for next season, as someone else said continuity is important. Just not convinced that he will lead us to the promised land. And there is the rub, if we want to go back to being an "established" PL side we need to have a long term plan. Something we have not had for a long time. If we get promoted next season, there is a very real danger that we will get relegated straight afterwards. What I'd like to see in that circumstance is us stick with the manager like Burnley did with Dyche and back that man (or perhaps woman ) to take us back up the following season. Warnock, at 72(?) is not that person
Ho hum.
I get what you are saying, but it is easier said than done. Any promoted club would be favorites to drop back down straight away, irrespective of the manager. To become established at Prem level - how does any mid-table Championship club do that with the financial constraints that are there?I'm probably a dot on the Venn Diagram of Boro fans but honestly not that bothered.
