Where did Dina actually finish? Next year should be her peak but I don’t see her getting down to 10.6 kind of times. Lovely lass though, and had a good career overall.

That Semi was terrible. She appeared to falter after a few metres and I thought she must have been injured. It was certainly taking sandbagging to the limit.

Btw, Max' hamstring started to give him grief with about 230m to go, hence his rapid capitulation. Don't know why he didn't just walk off the track.

To be fair he didn’t blame a hamstring problem (Or at least he didn’t in the post race interview) Just that he was undercooked training wise. Dan Rowden also wasn’t up to form either but hopefully Ben Pattison can challenge for a medal
Ben's tactical pace gives him a squeak. It's amazing that we have all these middle distance talents at once. Kerr and Wightman have competed together since juniors, as have Ben and Max, who had a fair few good tussles at the English Schools champs. Re. Max, it was his Dad that told me about the hammy. It had given a warning sign a week or two previously.
