I think this window we are possibly only looking for 1-2 more after Engel and Latte Lath. Personally, I think we have the right squad for 4/3/3. Players in brackets may be leaving or unavailable. Main and back-up with a third choice where obvious

4-3-3 (1 defensive midfielder two attacking #8 midfielders)
GK: Dieng / Glover / Jones

LB: Engel / (Coulson) /
CBR: Fry / RVDB /
CBL: Lenihan / (Clarke) / (McNair)

I reckon this puts most of our best players in most of their best places. We don't have a specialist #10 so unless we buy one, we should set up without it. Both Rogers and Gilbert have mostly played on the wing. A front three of Rogers, Latte Lath and Silvera, if they develop the way it looks like, is going to terrorise defensive with speed and ability to interchange. Hackney struggles with the defensive side of his game so give him licence to bomb on, same with McGree, while Howson or Barlaser minds the shop.
