The bad thing about Carrick is every manager after him is going to be beaten with the Carrick stick. Just like McLaren was. Except it was a Robson stick.

It is...but 4 of the Big 7 are northern. Or indeed 2/3 of the Big 6 as Chelsea are nowhere to be seen this year.

As much as I enjoy watching us under Carrick, I’m only bothered about winning. If we can do that scoring loads of goals and playing attacking football great. That hasn’t always been the Boro way though.

Eh? Thats not true about Smac. The football under Robson was poor towards the end. I dont think anyone beat Smac with the Robson stick.
 
Good grief I’ve just finished watching this game of “football” having recorded it to watch at nine o’clock. It was akin to an old fourth division hoof ball match in the 80’s 😳😵‍💫 if we do get through to the final we should be demolishing these on a big pitch. What a shocking way to play the beautiful game
