Youfibre problems

Should have checked here first to see if anyone else had problems. Eero app kept saying no wired connection. Alas it has sorted itself out
 
Yeah we did but all back up and running....u fibre site said no issues but checked another site and ufibre outages spiked around 7.15
 
I had WiFi but my sky box was saying I couldn't watch stuff as no wired connection, I assumed it was sky at fault and reset the box and it worked. Wonder now if maybe it was youfibre, although I was watching stuff on prime when sky was 'down' so bit weird?
 
Excellent customer service from youfibre, I’d read some got instant responses from their queries and I have rapidly had an email and a text, asking if I’ve got recurring problems… top notch…
