The brazen stupidity though of Graham continuing to brag about it reveals a narcissistic personality and a huge lack of self awareness Utter prat.
He is clearly wrong, and what he said was stupid. Yet the headline for this is that the other guy was wrong in planting sustainable trees. The common sense has been politicised to seem absurd.
It is painful clickbait aimed at angering/ riling both sides of the discussion. The fact we are talking about it means its working.

It was funnier than even Partridge's "finest" moments!
He seemed and seems to genuinely believe that he has had one over on the interviewee. Who just let him dig his own hole. Then the radio station compounded by sharing it on Twitter where it quickly went viral. Even the maxim of "no such thing as bad publicity" cannot justify that surely!?
