Manager? Formation? Coaching? Team selection?

I'm still Carrick. I still have no issue with the formation (although some flexibility would be nice). For me, we need a settled defence. I never understand rotation when it comes to a goalkeeper, and I always think that a back four should basically be like Arsenal in the 90s. You knew pretty much every week for a few seasons it was Dixon-Adams-Bould-Winterburn. Solid unit, no rotation, every player knowing how to do their jobs.

Rotating defenders just brings in confusion and causes mental challenges.

Dropping Fry last night was borderline criminal for me.

Pick a back four, coach that back four every day of the week as a unit, and stick with it unless there's an injury.

Ayling and Edmundson are nowhere near. We will struggle to win games with those two in our defence. We will need to score 3 and 4 goals a game, every game, to win.

Add in Rav is still very young and struggling to find is best form with all the uncertainty around him, and a left back who's best qualities are in the offensive third.
