In 1996/97 you devoured Chester 6-0, Huddersfield 5-1 and Hereford 10-0 (on aggregate) in cup competitions.

Back then you were an apex predator in football cup competition lion whereas now, like us, you are a Championship hyena.

Don't beat yourselves up over last night, maul what you can and try to avoid dying.
 
It's just the way of the football landscape now. Top premier league clubs are expected to comfortably beat other premier league clubs handsomely never mind a club like us.

What is most disappointing about last night is the way we conceded the goals, but even then Chelsea were clinical with the opportunities that arose.

I can't say I'm that downhearted about it all. We had a good run and came up against a far better team. Now it's time to knuckle down and go get one of them playoff spots
