I got 2 too many given the split thing and others buying at the same time. Have two random seats in WA area.
Happy to sell them on at face value if anyone needs them.
Plenty left on the site still though.
 
Bought two with "Best Available", and dozily didn't notice that it said restricted view until after I'd paid for it.

Anyone been before and know how restricted that view is?

I haven't either, and neither have two others I know. But I've checked my account on the York City website and it confirms the purchase.

I’ve received a confirmation email and also an email with the 3 tickets with 3 seperate QR codes
 
Ditto. Logged in and it shows the purchase, and the registration confirmation email came through okay so they have the right email address, but still no ticket email yet
Yes, this. I've also asked to re-send the email and that hasn't happened either and I've checked that the seat I ordered is not still available and it isn't. I'm sure things will work themselves out.

I'm the same. I'm working on basis that there is a backlog in the system due to high traffic and sales valumes but took a screenshot of my purchase confirmation just in case
 
Emailed York ticket office informing them no ticket email.
Katie emailed straight back confirming she had re-sent ticket email which again I haven't received.
Have replied to her email stating 1st (original), 2nd (my re-send) or 3rd (her re-send) ticket email still not arrived

If you are still struggling to print off any physical tickets you can come to the ticket office on the match day and we can print them off for you without any issues as they are present on our system.
 
Has anyone else received the confirmation email and tickets or just me that has? I wonder if those who chose email ticket are still waiting? As I chose QR code

I keep getting the following message:

  • Maximum number of tickets per product per basket has been exceeded
I only want 5 but cannot see any info on maximum number allowed or do I have to register the person for each ticket?
I also have this issue, it's also mobile QR tickets, god help us.
