No rush if the deal is already in place and agreed. Although no harm in pushing it through early if it suits both parties.
I would revisit it in Jan. I mean nothing can be don't until then. Just let him play and keep improving.
The stats are looking very favourable especially when compered to many we've had. The majority cost far more. You don't get anything for 1.5mil these days. So even on 'higher' wages would be factored into the deal.
I mean we've had the like of Flint / Fletcher and Saville at 7mil each. Here we are discussing if Greenwood is worth 1.5mil.
I actually had a feeling it was a perm deal that we simply ran out of time to get through. Just seemed a bit of an 'odd' loan from a team in the same league. I have read several similar comments from Leeds fans at the time.
It would make a bit more sense that we'd agreed the deal but couldn't get it done on time. So made it a loan. No doubt more issues with that fax machine

I presume the deal and fee are already in place and agreed. So even if he scored 30 goals between now and May he'd still be 1.5mil.
Also if other clubs sniffed around and showed interest. We'd will have 'first refusal' at 1.5mil. If we didn't want him then they could sell to the highest bidder for any price.
