It's a total joke at this point ... Chairman wearing masks 30 metres away from anyone. We know you take that sh*t off the second you go off screen.
The whole thing has become a condescending spectacle.. physios running onto the pitch with fecking 'ppe' gowns on, some masks, some visors, some with nothing.
Then you've got the goal celebrations...
Just stop the bull already... It's this bs 'health and safety' which is stopping the poorest kids from getting an education all under the guise of safety. You know who's kids are doing worse than any other group in the UK? North east kids are...

I wish I could link the tweet I saw earlier from someone. His dad died from Covid 19 last weekend and his mam was about to follow. He wasnt asking for any condolences, he was just asking people to wear a f****** mask'. Its not exactly hardship is it?

Oh totally get that mate, not to say don't wear a mask if you want to, just that everyone in the ground has been tested and there's literally no chance of catching it when there's no one around you. That's why it's condescending because they are wearing them to say 'look the premier League are totally not taking the **** restarting and we're taking all the precautions, with our club logo masks on'.

The ideas not to stop you catching anything per se, but to stop you spreading anything. Must admit I missed the deluge of deaths in countries where mask / face coverings are fairly commonplace....

Just because they've been tested doesn't mean someone hasn't got it at that point. Golfers are under the same test regime and in a competition the other day, one golfer got a positive test result back after the first round, when he tested positive before the competition started.What has that got to do with the price of eggs and cheese?

All the comments on this thread are about the absurd situation of the premier League restarting and what it looks like.
Please don't use that kind of argument against someone, you have no idea his personal experience, if you're desperate to debate masks do so (ideally on another thread... About masks) but bring actual ideas and evidence to the table not finger pointing, emotional 'you b****d you wish people dead' nonsense.
