Wrong pagep

While things are slow can anyone tell why when I open a thread does it never open on the opening page.It seems to open on a random page halfway through and I have to go looking for the start of the thread.

It usually opens at the last place you visited on the thread

I also think you can click on the page number below the title of the thread to choose the most relevant page.
