What Warnock has changed is the ability to win games late on, I’m sure that’s a mentality fix as well as an improvement in fitness levels, Blackwell and Jepson work players hard which allows Warnock to play the nice guy and his experience is telling them to be patient and so far in most games we’re the team creating in the latter stages.

We have conceeded 8 opposition goal attempts in the last 2 games - the average is about 12 per game normally. In the first halves of the last 2 games it has been 1 in total! Its at AK levels.

Absolutely loving how wrong I have been about Warnock.

Have never wanted him anywhere near the club when we have been linked in the past. Felt the same about Pulis. Got that one right but more than happy to get this one wrong. What a job he has done in such a short space of time

Always believed it was down to mental toughness and huge, ingrained belief if teams score late on and we've done it twice now in a week. That's impressive and significant for me. In past seasons we were much more likely to concede in the last minutes.

As above, this looks like Neil's team now and it's looking impressive. Would still love a striker or two but understand it ain't that simple. Just chuffed to **** that we're looking a very good unit.
