With the rumour before the Reading game, that Neil Warnock has two games to save his career at Boro, would you rather Boro lose tomorrow night and Warnock gets sacked or Boro beat Sheff Utd and Warnock stays?

Said it a few times over the weekend. The only way Warnock leaves is if he walks, absolute zero chance of Gibbo binning him before the season ends, he just has too much integrity to do that after convincing Warnock to stay on another year.
However I think he’ll resign before Christmas if the form doesn’t improve.

Not in a million years
I hope & prey he turns it around, looking slim going on our performances this season & a vast majority of last, but no I want him to stay & hopefully fingers & toes crossed he sees it through

If he is going at the end of the season anyway, and if Gibson will only get a replacement who is not currently tied to another club, then it makes sense for him to go as soon as the replacement becomes available - whoever and whenever that is.

It would seem daft to keep him until the end of the season and miss out on someone who could be our manager for the next 5 years and end up with another 'Gary Monk only person available' appointment.

Win and hope he turns it around.

The only reason I want him gone is because I can't see it happening. Of course if it does happen my reason for wanting him out no longer applies.

The same for me.
I like Warnock and I would love him to do well in what is surely his final farewell season, but it just doesn't even look close to happening right now.

Two wins in a row and the table looks a lot rosier, but I think a change should be made if we lose either of the next two.
The excuses are wearing thin and the atmosphere will turn.

Good way of putting it. A good way to start would be stop singling out easy targets for me. Boils my ****

It's September, why are we talking about sacking the manager, have we turned into Geordies all of a sudden?

Yes, results have been poor. Yes, we've played poorly. But there is plenty of football to be played and plenty of time to turn the team & form around.

The team are still working hard for him, we just need our quality players to stand up & be counted, too many of them are not showing it on a consistent basis.

As Yorks-T says, I too don't want Boro to lose, but as long as we keep away from relegation I'm not as affected as I once was. After all, promotion is unlikely now, so I'm wondering will I live to see us back in the top flight?

I'd always rather we win, I gain no pleasure from seeing a manager fail and being sacked. We are so close to being a very good team, Warnock has done well in my opinion with the players he has brought to the club. Bola and Djiksteel show why they are so important to us. We couldn't have foreseen Spence and Coulson being needed, but I think if we could bring them back, we should as it would balance the team out a little better and results may turn in our favour.

It’s not just the start of this season though is it. It has been since January this year

With a group of players then that a lot of us on here acknowledged were not good enough to get us anywhere near the playoffs (Saville, Fletcher, Britt et al). The club has them off the payroll, we have a new bunch of players who seem talented, yet here we are a month or so into the season calling for the managers head. Its bonkers.
