Anyone used this airline before?

Not got good reviews, should I avoid?

A few times. Just your standard low budget airline - no different to Ryan air and the like.

They have a habit of changing flight times at short notice and getting your cash back isn't an easy process if you need to cancel. They try to give you credits rather than cash back in your account.

Like Ryanair I have never had an issue with them, but plenty of people do. Cheap and cheerful when things are going well. Awful when they are not.
