Will Millwall bring any fans

About 1000...

They were in the bottom 4-5 for away followings last season. Strange considering the reputation.

I actually don't mind them. A proper locally supported London team. The fanbase is irrelevant. Many in London will support bigger and better London clubs for no reason.

I've never had any issues at Millwall away. Usually up for a bit of banter and crack in the pubs pre match. Plenty of teams you're more likely to get kn#b heads kicking off.

I have a soft spot for Millwall after living down that way for a number of years as I do for Charlton, Palace and even Dulwich Hamlet. There's a real sense of identity which I find lacking with some of the bigger clubs north of the river. Maybe, it's just simply that I can relate to them more being a boro fan. However, Millwall do have a comedy amount of Danny Dyer types. A beer in New Cross /Deptford is always interesting after a Millwall home game.

Only a few seasons back, the arzoles we saw from the Boro end, spilling on to the pitch and causing trouble, were organised. Not one of them had the Boro colours on! Before the match, in the town, groups of blokes who were old enough to have grown up families were hunting in packs like twits, looking for a punch up. Hope they will be swiftly dealt with if they start again. They arent "football" hooligans, they are societies hooligans.

If they do bring 1000, it will put plenty of other teams to shame.

Anyway.
4-1 Boro.
Watmore to score their goal first (y)

That said... I hate that 'know one likes us we don't care' chant. Very 80s-90s.

We simply 'don't care' . So stop singing it 😂

Millwall fans are better behaved than West Ham fans.

One of them, ParisWall had his Parmo and chips knocked out of his hand walking into the Holgate in 1974.

Somehow, I think he is telling fibs. Parmo’s only sold in restaurants and not take aways around that time. The best he would have got was a Rea’s Burger or fish ‘n’ chips from the Boro Fish Bar. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

seem to recall having parmo and cream cabbage on offer around 95 from pizza shops in stockton.

Sounds like 850 is about right from their comments of 700 sold mid week.

No one complaining about £32 for a ticket neither.

That Peckham Lion sounds like the lion on the Wizard of Oz
