Yes, we never know which Boro is going to turn up (I have found that out over last 60 years!) , but I have never, ever, felt in advance of a game that we are going to get stuffed.

3-0 easy win. I watched them versus Blackburn and the were motivated and fighting for each other.
We have absolutely no chance.

Just heard Carrick is back in the frame ; clearly Gibson's personality (or lack of it) together with Scott's & Bausors means we now cant attract a decent manager OR Gibson just wants a Yes man....

one of the biggest things for me last night was the improvement in positive transition. Goals 1, 3 and 4 were all transition goals. First was Steffen releasing the ball quickly after we regained it, the third was Watmores break after good work by Howson, driving forward, it sucked all teh wigan players deep leaving space for Hackney to collect the poor clearance and shoot. Fourth goal was all Jones, interceptions and drive forward before the opposition could get players back into place.

That's a really important part fo the game that we didn't utilise under Wilder, and really important for successful away trips.
