He would probably cost about £25m, that’s why we’re not going for him
I don’t think a 30 year old championship player would be going for that kind of money - Bristol probably don’t need to sell is the problem, plus i think he has a while left on his contract

30 is his prime. He scores loads but people think we can just go out and get them for low money, Gykores would be o er £30m, we are being quoted £13m for a kid from the Dutch league. Some posters think it’s fantasy football!

I’ve no idea what figure would tempt city to part with him - £10-12m would be a huge figure for a player that age, and good business for city given his age and what he cost them. It would be money well spent if he helped achieve promotion for us

He’s 31 has no re sale value and last season he scored 10 more than he’s ever scored in a season in his career. He’s only hit double figures 3 times, 10, 12 and last seasons 22. He would still represent a hefty gamble with a big fee as last season apart he’s been an average championship centre forward.

The selling club don’t care he has no resale value or his goal tally in past seasons - they see a bloke who is in his prime years and scoring 20 goals a season, so why would they sell for less than it would cost to replace?
