Why are we so bad at home?

Looking at our home record over the last few seasons, it’s absolutely shocking. Understandable why this was under woodgate but it’s odd that this has carried on under NW

Forget this game, it was just one of them that didnt work.

mind you, our manager really does have to re think about substitutions, he’s quite often getting it wrong.

I’ve often thought it must be better to sit higher In the stand so you can see the play and opposition’s tactics better

Our home form was excellent before the new year.
It's been unrelentingingly **** since, that can't be denied, but it's not been bad all season.

We've lost 5 times at home in the league all season, 4 of them have been since the start of the new year.

Because we set up to counter attack and well teams that come here will be happy to sit of us and patient and then turn us over leaving us unable to change our style and we don't have the ability to turn it around in most cases.

I don't think under the current climate we can say why is our home form so bad because we have no fans at the ground.

On Match of the Day earlier in the week they compared how many away wins they were in the PL this season compared to previous ones and there has been 52% of matches won by away teams. I look at games as being played at a neutral venue at the moment and the table is a more accurate reflection of how good each team actually is. Just look at how many games Liverpool are drawing/losing at home without any fans.PL.png

We are still 7th in home form this season. Until the last 4 games we were 3rd.

I don't think home or away form are relivent during covid and empty grounds.

Today wasn't the issues as they are unbeaten in 20. It was Brum / Blackburn and Rotherham. All winnable.

West Ham 's improvement this season is down to having no fans protesting about the stadium every home match, according to Moyes.
