Where is there any evidence that the major finance houses will move? There is none.
It's a stick we cannot hit Brexit with, there are many other real threats to the UK.
In my opinion the negotiations are done, it's over apart from minutiae.

The decision has been made to leave, that is the end result. The major EC economies need inter border trade, that is the other given.

Your evidence that finance Houses won't leave when the transition period is over is that they haven't yet? 4 months before it has happened. I imagine finance house can move pretty easily. Its not like they are factories with a huge tech transfer to do. Basically get everyone to take their laptops
