Who is your non-league team?

Dulwich Hamlet. The hipsters team of choice. Having said the ground is only 10 minutes from my house and I do know a few people who genuinely follow them.

I go and watch games at Buxton FC occasionally. Nice little ground, just down the road, and I know some of the groundstaff and the main sponsor. My eldest lad played a few times for them, and I've taught some of their apprentices and U-21's.

I keep an eye out for CD El Ejido 2012. The closest to me. Less than 15 minutes drive away.

The club collapsed and had to be reformed. Hence the 2012 in their name. I will not go into details about why. As there are still court cases going on.

One bit of trivia is that earlier in the 2000s we saw the Rolling Stones play a gig on their pitch.

Blyth Spartans gets a few visits a year from me.
Were in a relegation spot before the lock down and league decided to abandon relegation so a reprieve fortunately.

Depending upon what happens in fully pro football for next season, might get a few more next season as very easy to socially distance!

South Shields. Been a fun few years. Been my home town for a while and started going just before Arca signed.

Whilst it was positive for Blyth as pointed out above, very harsh on Shields this season with Northern Premier League voided when they were 12 points clear. Also facing 200 grand legal costs for daring to challenge the FA on that decision.

Yes it was very hard on Shields and other clubs in similar situation.
Hope they can rally round again and do it again when they restart. (y)

Tadcaster Albion, 6 miles away, get the bus there and have a couple of pints during the match, couple after then get the wife to pick me up.

Seen some good games there despite the level, teams playing the ball on the floor. Knew a couple of players which got me there for the first time a few years ago.

Glossop North End aka The Hillmen. First tier team in 1900s when they played the Boro a couple of times. Now in Northern premier League Division One South-East

They'll have to sell/rent a few more houses to a few more squad members and youth team players

Used to frequent the Horsley Hill and The Ship on the old Sunlun Road many moons ago.
Lived next door to Nick Pickering for a short time when he played for the Mackems(y)
