Who’s got the best sausage?

I’m not going to get many 👍 for saying Lynda McCartney standard ones, but they are the best of the rest in veggie sausages. Fried or oven baked, never grilled.
 
Partial to a Bavarian white sausage with mustard (and preferably a wheat beer to wash it down with).

One of my faves was from a stand in Coney Island - italian style in bread with peppers and onions. Really good.
 
Nowhere in Britain, the meat quantity is far too low. My Sister in law used to live in Brittany and the locally made sausages were absolutely fantastic. I shoved as many as I could into my suitcase for the journey home. Unfortunately, she moved back to Blighty the following year. By contrast, the Missus loves Richmond sausages. My friends have often said that her taste was dreadful.
 
Got to be sliced in half whatever they are, something off-putting about a whole sausage to me.

The Old English ones from Morrisons are nice though.

I tried making my own square sausage this morning from pork and beef mince, turned out pretty well.
