When You Need a Laugh - Dave Allan

When I first left school used to work in an office in our town centre precinct.
One very quiet afternoon we super glued a 50p piece to the pavement outside, and watched and waited.
To our great amusement a few people stopped to pick it up but were thwarted.
After a while the local street sweeper came along when they used to have those huge hand pushed vacuums and circled it.
Unable to pick it up with brush or by kicking at it, he moved along.
10 minutes later came back with a shovel and chipped it off to a round of applause from those watching inside!

I think it is a great idea to do it again to take away the boredom of home. If you live within site of the outside pavement of course
