When my son was learning guitar he introduced us to The Tallest Man on Earth.
I first got to see him in 2015 at a festival in Holland and he was astonishing as a live performer.
Next time up it was Union Chapel Islington - a wonderfully intimate venue followed. a few years later, at The Royal Albert Halll.
Last night my partner, two lads and their partners were in Haarlem Holland to see him play with the Amsterdam Philharmonic Orchestra. His work was re imagined, the orchestra were given freedom to entertain us with their work and, together, they delivered a magical experience that will linger in our hearts and minds for a very long time.
It was so lovely to share it with family
