Whats to worry about most - not getting new players in or losing our best players

For me we would be most damaged by losing any of our best players regardless of money. We have 4 quality almost impossible players to replace. McNair Fry ,Tavernier and Dijksteel
Its always a chance bringing new players in , and we have an absolute terrible record in that respect.

A good January would be holding on to those 4 and 1 or 2 ins that improve us.
We got one of the best back 4 we've had for a long time.
Im sure theres more to come from Watmore but after Roberts treatment its going to be difficult to attract a similar player.

I don't think we'll be losing anyone but Roberts in January personally.

All 4 of those players you mention are on long term contracts and it's mid-season, so hopefully we're under no obligation to sell.

I think the only player who the club might be tempted to sell, given his contract situation, is Assombalonga.

A good thing, if it is good, is that Paddy and Dijk have just signed new contracts so if they were to go, we could expect big fees. Saying that, I hope no one comes near and turns their heads!

No money in the league due to Covid limits the chance of losing anyone and minimises our ability to get anyone in. So not sure really.

I think losing either McNair or Fry would hurt us significantly more than not getting someone like Bolasie in.
Hope we bring some players in but if not then a bit of luck on the injury front and who knows, maybe we can finish in a play off spot with what we’ve got.
