What was the official attendance?

I think that’s every seat in there without segregation following the changes we made in summer 2016, it must be lower than that
 
There were patches of seats visible in the away end under the big screen and further round towards the east stand so im not too sure if they sold out?

we had 35100 seats before the changes I believe and i think this was our record attendance for the England game back in the day which we held. I'd think at most 1000 were took off for the changes but moving the away fans across the ground now requires segregation both sides of them which will drop it further

Yes but we have had a few kick offs in the crowd over the years.

The stewards and police need some protection as well.

If there are decent gaps between the fans then it has to be easier to control.
