I'm not convinced he's tee total, I think that's probably another one of his lies, but I'm not saying he's done any of that to excess etc.

Obesity is his big problem, it's a practical guarantee that will kill him or something related to that, obese 78 year olds don't last long.

But, effectively not many men are in good health at 78, especially in the USA, anything could get him. Average life expectancy in the US is 77.5 for males and decreasing.

I don't think people were making excuses, rather they were postulating reasons why in a normal country he would be disqualified. We clearly don't understand Americans - they voted him in despite his appalling shortfalls, clearly failing mental state and poor previous presidency. Good luck to them
