What is your favourite vegetable?

Can't believe I overlooked the onion in my answer. white, red and spring are all lovely

Broccoli is also lovely, as long as it still has a bit of crunch, cant stand any overcooked veg

Oh go on I'll say it
I know your all thinking it.
Rudy Gestede.

I like turnip but I'm not partial to that particular variety. Its difficult to get it off/out of the ground and usually its always undercooked, never seems to simmer let alone hit boiling point. It's overall finish is often sloppy and it leaves a bitter aftertaste too, and don't even get me started on the £6m per sack price point!

Chopped courgettes fried with garlic. And samphire with fish. Had some sea spinach a few weeks ago, that was good as well. No idea if it's anything to do with Popeye spinach.

I got mine from Hodgsons in Hartlepool, it was nowhere as near as dear as that. I think.

Actually, if a rule of thumb definition of a fruit is something from a plant with seeds in it then the courgette is a fruit. So samphire and sea spinach.
