Nice one. I lost about a stone through regular cycling (and going on the wagon for a month) but it's all coming back now.

A weekend off. I’m tired & I just need a break. That extra couple of shifts in March is turning into some unwanted marathon without any sponsorship! With no end in sight. Still we pick ourselves up & go again!
