I have a neighbouring family who visit relatives, have relatives visit them and generally behave as if they are immune to any lockdown rules.

I find officials, supermarket staff etc tend to think the rules don’t apply to them - really winds me up.

The Armed Forces don't have any authority whatsoever to enforce civil law. Only with anyone who trespasses on MOD property.

Tosser next door (single lad, early 30's, lives in his own) had someone stay over on Friday night, we could hear them until about half four in the morning with very loud music and computer games, both brought a case of lager in with them. Then on Saturday he leaves in the car with an overnight bag and he came home Monday. There may be some valid reasons for him doing these things, but I can't imagine what they are

he hasn't emptied his recycling bin in about 3 months and there's rubbish blown all over his garden from the overfilled bin, we frequently have to pick up rubbish that blows into ours. He's that sort of ãrséholé. Couple of months after he moved in, which was shortly after his fiancee who he bought the house with left him, we had to ask him to turn the music down as it was half 3 on a Monday morning and my wife was due to get up to do a shift in a&e. I was told to fúĉk off, it was his house so he can do what he likes and if I ever knock his door again he'll break my wife's neck and kill my card and put me in a box
