What are my chances of getting a Derby ticket?

Just asking what people's opinions are on this. I have 36 points at the moment but it will drop when the 2nd last season points are taken off to about mid 20's, so i will have to wait for GS. I have to book my holiday for the Saturday or Sunday in the next 10 days , it's a weekend I work and if I don't get a ticket, I won't be able to drop my holiday because my shift would have been picked up.by someone else. I hope they give us 3000 tickets, but they might still be bitter c*nts about getting their hand caught in the till.

It is our 1st away match in the league, and it might bring out a few more who want to go because of their behaviour at the Boro last time we played.

Very much depends on the kickoff day and time.
Saturday 3 pm massive demand Vs Monday night.
Will find out the date within 7 days.
Either way if they gave us the full 3200 it should make general sale (won't find out allocation until 2 or 3 weeks before the game).

I'll be surprised if anyone who doesn't have 150+ points already, will get an opportunity.

First wave will likely be 160? And even then, there'll be thousands who have over 170, so it could even start as high as 170?

This is the problem, and I've not seen any pressure from fans reps until last season to even do anything about the late announcements of allocation and provision of tickets.
I have brought it up several times at FSA national meetings and also asked the football club to take it up directly with the EFL. There is a national fan meeting at FSA next week - I will see if I can get this on the agenda again.

Sometimes I' am having a dig at you, but I have just felt in the past when I have highlighted the lateness of tickets ( for particularly Swansea) you have dismissed it " as what's the problem because there will be enough tickets" which doesn't get the difficulty in my instance of having to take holiday, get train tickets in advance etc occasionally I do take a gamble but I shouldn't have to taking a gamble that everything will be ok. Anyway my apologies.

Other than Sunderland it is our most northern away match until Burnley on the 7th Dec so it'll probably be high demand.

Depends if nknow someone with 170+ points, who are not going to Derby.

I know several people with those points and more, they will all be going. I had a quick look on the Derby forum this afternoon, they don't really mention us but those that do see it as an opportunity to give SG abuse, it's fixture were I feel going and giving support is important as do more Boro fans than usual, probably.

You will probably need a S/T - I suspect more than 15% of our STs holders will want a ticket.

Cardiff away on Aug 31st will be on general sale.

I'm working on that Saturday as well, I am thinking of taking holiday so I can go to Cardiff, it could still be swapped so will wait.

I'm holding no hope at this end of even getting in the away end for it, not that that's a good idea after the Morris caper.

It might get taken out of my hands as we may be visiting rellies that weekend anyway :(

EB - Cardiff is not far for me to get to. so I usually go. I can't remember the way end ever fully selling out, if Boro fans are given say 2,200 to 2,500 tickets. Cardiff fans don't usually come in great numbers neither.
