Mine is a simple little zero maintenance device that costs peanuts but I use every day . An apple slicer , that has launched me into eating loads of apples as before eating an apple was unpleasant . Now I look forward to using my little friend most mornings .
Great bonus is when you buy them ( such as Amazon ) you get two so my elderly mam has one .

oh and the birds enjoy the pure smooth core 🦅F37690C0-1D25-4A3D-8BE5-BB8E75F7C882.jpeg

There's a lovely spider living behind the fridge and we have loads of fun getting ***ed and playing cards and being loud together. He's a handsome fella and he has a wonderfully rich baritone singing voice and he knows loads of really filthy jokes too. We've become really close friends.

Ta. Just ordered something similar. We were recently introduced to ambrosia apples. A friend told us we could get them from a local greengrocer here. We love them and now share one when my wife and I have our morning plates of fruit.

Previously we were using a corer and then cutting them by hand. This will make things easier.

Mine is a device that peels and cores pineapples and converts them into pineapple rings. Ii don't use it alot but when i do i'm amazed at how it works.

This thing, cheese grater with tub underneath to catch the cheese and store it. So much easier to use than the normal rectangular vertical ones. So simple it's genius

Yes because it takes lifetime to cut an apple😂👍

It will probably save my wife 1 minute each time she uses it. As she does the fruit. I do just about everything else in the kitchen.

So around 5 minutes a week. 5 minutes more time to spend with her wonderful husband.

Do you go everywhere arm in arm in arm in arm in arm?

I finally bought myself a cast iron casserole pot that I've wanted for ages, made some great stews for a Sunday and carnitas for tacos in it.

I also bought some silicone pie moulds which I used to make individual steak and stilton pies using left over beef stew from the casserole pot.

(You've got to get these things working together)

Yottam Ottolenghi’s book ‘Flavour’ it’s got me cooking in many different ways.

Also that I’m really good at baking bread.

I’ve not done it in my CI yet but head good thing a. I used to do sourdough in a large pan with lid on, pretty sure it wasn’t the best for the pan, but the bread was great!
