What’s your fave Nirvana song?

Tough one this, very tough, and I'm not picking one haha!

These three are up there:
Radio Friendly Unit Shifter (will never get bored of that guitar riff kicking in, unreal)
Drain You (love the pace and Kurts vocal)
Love Buzz (love the base line)

Heart Shaped Box is my favourite single I think, Tara Reid is the little girl on the music video for that btw

Sappy and Verse Chorus Verse were some of my favourite lesser known songs when I was collecting bootlegs and live shows etc.

Dave Grohl sang lead vocal on Marigold if anyone wants to check that out, sounds so young. Apparently Nirvana also recorded Exhausted, but it's not made it to public domain yet, and that sone ended up as pretty much my favourite Foo Fighter song.

Can't not mention Teen spirit, Lithium, YKYR

They did some cracking covers on unplugged too, WDYSLN and MWSTW were ludicrous.

Love Buzz is one of my favourite Nirvana songs as well. Though they went in a strange direction regarding the video they filmed for it. It was totally different to their usual videos.

Honorary mention for the one of the finest opening salvos on any record:

Teenage angst has paid off well
Now I'm bored and old
Self-appointed judges judge
More than they have sold

When I hear marigold I don't understand why the foofighters sound the way that they do.
I actually forgot Marigold was one of Dave's songs, he recorded that on Pocketwatch, under the late! pseudonym, but a lot of Pocketwatch is very Foo Fighter's to me, well like the early days of the self titled first album and the colour and the shape. Foo fighters after the colour and the shape was never as good for me, but still had some great songs and were great live.

He recorded pocketwatch in late 1990, and probably had the songs written before even knowing Kurt and Krist, so it's pure Dave I think.

Haha, forgot that was a cover, it's miles better than the original.

Wondered why shocking blue sounded so familiar, but I don't recall ever hearing their band name, but Wikipedia as filled the gaps, they seem to be created as a Jefferson Airplane rip off but they did that song Venus, which everyone knows. I might have the wrong end of the stick there though.

Yeah, they did Venus as well. It’d make a good quiz question. What links Nirvana and Bananarama?

I’d give them one more album and say they were never as good after Nothing Left to Lose. Don’t think theres a single song I’d give less than 7/10 on that.

Also penned one of the best singles of all time, in my opinion:
